Impregum Penta Soft is a medium viscosity polyester impression material for single-phase impression technology.

The mass is intended for the Pentamix apparatus, with the help of which it is easy to knead and dose.
Impregum Penta Soft polyester material was developed and patented by 3M ESPE in 1965.

Polyesters have a unique chemical structure, due to which they have maximum hydrophilicity even in a humid environment and accurately reproduce the smallest details, regardless of the presence of moisture during the impression. They have increased fluidity and thixotropy (change in fluidity depending on the pressure exerted on the mass), which makes it possible to accurately reproduce all the details in the print, while avoiding the draining of the mass into the oral cavity.

The advantages of Impregum Penta Soft are its maximum hydrophilicity, which allows reproducing the smallest details with high accuracy, regardless of the presence of moisture during impression taking. It is especially important when taking impressions from work on implants where maximum accuracy is important.

It is also characterized by increased fluidity, due to which accurate reproduction of parts and instant grip after working time is obtained.
