In the production of monofilament Nylon suture material, we use only high-quality raw materials from Europe, Korea, Japan and the USA, which fully complies with international medical requirements and standards.
Suture material Monofilament nylon manufactured by Golnit® is a non-absorbable monofilament sterile suture material. Easily passes through tissue due to its low friction coefficient. It has minimal tissue reactivity. Very elastic. It is an analogue of the suture material ETHILON (Ethilon) manufactured by Ethicon (Ethikon).

Preservation of tensile strength in vivo:
Due to the progressive hydrolysis of polyamide in a living organism, a gradual decrease in tensile strength is possible over time. The loss of strength ~ 15% per year, is gradually excreted from the body.
