Skyce Starky Ortho Star

Ortho Star

Installation instructions for Starky.

Limitations:

- artificial teeth and crowns are not suitable for the installation of Starky;
- Starky is not placed on caries-affected teeth or teeth with thinned enamel, or on teeth that are badly damaged as a result of illness or injury.

 Putting Starky on your teeth is a safe and completely painless procedure. Work begins with the degreasing and fluorination of the tooth, on which the decoration will be glued. By fluoridation, the doctor achieves good adhesion (adhesion) of glue to tooth enamel. If the tooth enamel at the intended location of the Starky installation is not even, the dentist performs an additional micro-grinding of the enamel.

The installation of dental decoration does not pose any danger to enamel:

Enamel Treatment with Etching Gel
Bonding and light curing
Application of light-curing adhesive
Install Starky
Final light curing
Polishing the surface of the tooth around the decoration
Care.

Starky is firmly fixed to the teeth, so you should not be afraid of damaging them with regular brushing. The main advice is regular brushing and thorough oral hygiene. It is not advisable to gnaw nuts and other food similar in hardness. Also, do not glue Starky on the chewing and front teeth, so that they do not have too much stress. Dental jewelry is held up to six months to a year and can be easily removed at any time without damaging the enamel.

At the request of the patient, Starky dental jewelry is selected and installed taking into account the shape of the teeth, smile and facial aesthetics.

It is strongly recommended that you do not glue the jewelry on your teeth yourself at home, even if you can purchase them. Starky installation and removal should only be trusted by professionals. Then you can be sure that the tooth enamel will remain intact, and Starky will not fall off after installation.
